Across the street from My Tannour, his other establishment, Georges Baghdi Sar offers his concept of Levantine cuisine. A child of his mother's and grandmother's cooking, he honors the cuisine of his native region. Hot and cold mezes and grilled meats, all served in paper right on the table: whole octopus infused with spices, grilled artichoke, baba ganoush... On Sundays, it's time for a hearty brunch. It's full of flavors and spices, and all the preparations, such as hummus and lamb, are homemade. Convivial and festive as hell.
