Amazing and refined French and Asian cuisine in a restaurant in Brussels offering organic dishes. Nice selection of wines.
Gramm blends French creativity and Asian tradition, or the other way around. At the helm, Kenzo enchants us with dishes that are free of all complexes: teriyaki beef carpaccio, cucumber and beans; chicon and date emulsion; egg at 64°C, nori seaweed and green asparagus. Meat lovers are not forgotten, with some of the best beef preparations. All the dishes are organic, as are the accompanying wines, with some unconventional labels.
