Sang-Hoon Degeimbre, the double-starred chef of L'Air du temps in Liernu, is also based near the Place du Sablon. On the table, a single spoon, accompanied by a bowl. Inspired by his origins, San wanted to give pride of place to these two traditional Korean utensils. An international and highly creative cuisine, based on the purity of ingredients and the enhancement of the main product. Six bowls that vary according to the market and the inspiration of chef Baptiste Villanneau (who sets Sang's project to music). Bluffing, but a little expensive all the same.
