Beware: a rare bird! Chef Wayne, originally from Jamaica, has traveled the world, including the Philippines, where he met his wife. This gave rise to the idea of fusing the explosive flavors of his island with the more subtle flavors of those of his partner. The sober restaurant is decorated with a fresco of hibiscus for an exotic touch. At lunchtime, a small menu introduces the two cuisines, but it's in the evening that you can enjoy authentic jerk chicken or kare-kare (beef stew with peanut sauce), for a unique culinary journey.
