TOUCAN SUR MER
We go there to discover the sea urchins and, more classic, the excellent seafood platters. The kitchen is in the hands of Jean-Pierre Gascoin, the excellent chef of the Toucan Brasserie. The very friendly, all-white decor is also worth noting! The bill is sometimes a bit steep, so it's best to warn you from the outset. But the mischievous will find that normal for seafood. That said, the trip is well worth it. To complete the Toucan trilogy, we go to the Boutique to stock up on seafood and shellfish, foie gras, croquettes, etc.
