IODA
Vegetable rotisserie where the vegetable is at the center of the plate and treated like a piece of meat. A real favorite.
At iOda, a vegetarian rotisserie, César Hoed treats his vegetables and fruits, always in season, as if they were pieces of meat, and they are the ones that take center stage on the plate (with the help of seafood or eggs and a touch of vegetation such as edible leaves or flowers). We tasted a roasted leek with cockles, skewers of roasted pumpkin, quince and black garlic and superb roasted figs with verbena ice cream. As for the room, with its exposed bricks and cement tiles, it is warm as can be! A favorite.
