We salute the initiative of Tony (in the kitchen) and Carlos (in the dining room), Luc's faithful companions, who have taken over the helm. With the memory of Luc Puttemans, his former team perpetuates classic bourgeois cuisine. On the plate, you'll still find the classics: shrimp croquettes, Irish entrecôte, veal kidneys with mustard, not forgetting South-West preparations and the inimitable cassoulet from Castelnaudary. This is an almost mythical address for lovers of generous red meat cuisine.
