Let's salute the initiative, and the resilience after a fire, of Tony (in the kitchen) and Carlos (in the dining room), Luc's faithful companions, who have taken over the helm. With the memory of Luc Puttemans, his former team perpetuates the bourgeois cuisine. On the plate, you'll still find the classics: shrimp croquettes, Irish entrecôte, sole meunière, not forgetting South-West preparations and the inimitable cassoulet from Castelnaudary. A true neighborhood restaurant, almost mythical for its regulars and lovers of generous cuisine and red meat.
