ALBERT
Panoramic restaurant in Brussels located on the floor of the Royal Library. Seasonal cuisine with fresh and organic ingredients.
Perched on the5th floor of the Royal Library, the humble gem of a cafe, known only to researchers and students, has been given a facelift without renouncing its fifties roots and has become Albert (in reference to King Albert I who gave his name to the library), a real restaurant. At the helm is Flip Fransen, who uses fresh, organic and seasonal ingredients. Some even come from the plantation on the back terrace. A small but tasty menu. And what a view! Huge bay windows with Brussels at your feet on one side, terrace on the other.
