DE MARKTEN
Tartines, wraps, simple and dietetic cuisine in a restaurant with terrace in Brussels.
De Markten, located on the site of the former Jericho convent, once housed a branch of the Sint-Lambrecht crystal works. In 1978, the Flemish Region bought the place to give it a cultural vocation. Language courses, plays, workshops, Pilates classes... Above all, it's an opportunity to enjoy a wide range of simple and healthy dishes in the large dining room. From breakfast to late-night hunger, Markten and its terrace under the trees, splendid in summer, is a place that vibrates all day long.
