We no longer have that sign where you eat fast and well. Exki's first "organic" fast-food restaurant was inaugurated in 2001. And it continues to work in a way that seems immutable: salads, quiches, pies, soups are served here at higher prices than in a traditional sandwich shop, but they are justified. Exki strives to highlight the products of the land and to favour the seasons. Several of the chain's establishments have put down roots in Brussels, notably at the Porte de Namur and the Ixelles cemetery.
