AU SUISSE
Grey shrimp or American style sandwiches and pasta in a restaurant in Brussels.
Mr Scheggia and Mrs Togni's restaurant (opened in 1873 in the rue des Bouchers) was established in the 1930s on the boulevard Anspach, but has now moved to the foot of the Palais de Justice. Gone is the beautiful vintage interior, but the essentials of this Brussels institution are still there: the famous sandwich (with grey shrimp or American style, there are about twenty types) as well as comfort food (pasta, burgers). Le Suisse also knows how to party and transforms itself into Suisse by Night for wild parties from 7pm.

Au bar, des milk-shakes faits minute et une résurgence du passé, le Porto-Flip, vieux cocktail pour se remettre d'une geôle de bois, à base de jaune d'oeuf et de porto.
On regrette cependant la disparition de l'épicerie attenante.
