BIG MAMA
Brasserie cuisine in a restaurant in Brussels offering Liège-style meatballs, ribs and vol-au-vent.
When it comes to restaurants, simplicity combined with quality are assets that are sometimes hard to find. Here, it's won, especially since the dishes are as tasty as you could wish for. There is no question here of taking the lead: they are proud of their attachment to brasserie cuisine (vol-au-vent, boulets à la liégeoise, American, spare ribs - their speciality! - or stoemp, for example). And the owner knows how to welcome the customer like any self-respecting bon vivant. So you can go there with your eyes closed! The terrace is not unpleasant either.

Nous avons mangés de meilleures moules et de meilleures frites en Bretagne.
La réputation des moules frites à Bruxelles serait t'elle surfaite, ou était ce juste un mauvais soir ?
