Damien Vanderhoeven's neighborhood restaurant, a member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, has become a fine gastronomic establishment with a national reputation. His cuisine is creative, modern, based on seasonal products, flirting with Japanese gastronomy... and probably a bit too expensive for small budgets. Inspired by painting, he seems to have fun projecting colors on the plate like an artist. Cooking classes to try to reproduce his works at home.
