Damien Vanderhoeven's neighborhood restaurant, a member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, has become a fine gastronomic establishment with a national reputation. His cuisine is creative, modern, based on seasonal products, flirting with Japanese gastronomy... and probably a bit too expensive for small budgets.
