He lives in symbiosis with his beautifully prepared dishes and his unfailing passion for wine. He talks about his five hundred vintages as he does about his children, and his wine-meal pairings send the Sunday oenologists back to their dear studies. A lover of the Jura, he unveils the region's bottles as soon as he can. It's a good thing, we love it! Herman is also an outstanding photographer.
