Rocky Renaud, backed up by his son Kévin, runs what is objectively one of Ucluse's finest restaurants. The son manages the dining room, which, coming from La Villa Lorraine, shouldn't create any false notes. On the kitchen side, Rocky the father and spice enthusiast doesn't let up when it comes to the quality of his produce and the precision of his cooking, which brings out the best in every flavour. Particularly noteworthy are the lobster salad with citrus and burrata; the sweetbread escalope with morel mushrooms; and the unmissable iced coffee dessert.
