Rueben De Wolf is now in charge of this seafood-only restaurant. It's a good thing we're in the middle of the cod and mackerel district, but who cares? his stall is much fresher, and the interior decor is sober and clear. The menu varies according to the market, or rather the tide, with daily arrivals. The chef's creativity produces superb preparations that also include poultry and vegetables. Alongside, the good old brasserie classics: shrimp croquettes, turbot steak... A fine piece of work!
