Mathias and Pauline have brought a breath of fresh air to the neighborhood! A beautiful restaurant, bar, grocery store and bread depot all in one, where beef broth with lemongrass rubs shoulders with scampi sautéed in garlic or rice pudding with caramel. Apart from Cécile Vandernoot's lighting fixtures, the decor is Pauline's brainchild. The menu changes all the time and is posted daily on the blackboard. A true Saint-Gilles troquet offering wine of the month, beer of the month (with an impressive list of gueuzes) and a small, quality menu. Quiet and relaxed.
