LE RABASSIER
Truffle, sea urchins, foie gras, game in a restaurant in Brussels offering luxury cuisine at nice prices.
A change of scenery! It's now in a pavilion on the edge of the Wolvendael park that Christophe Durieux is pulling out all the stops to offer luxury and exclusive flavors for their rarity. Summer or black truffles, sea urchins, foie gras, oysters and game in season are all truly magnified on the altar of impeccable presentation on the plate. A menu featuring truffles reinforces this focus on noble products. To take the experience beyond their classy interior, try their bespoke catering.

8/10 me parait une note qui correspond à mon ressenti pour une restaurant gastronomique.
Suivi d'une raviole de homard tout aussi exquise.
Et que dire du turbot, tout simplement waouw...
