The Iris is nestled in the prestigious Brussels hotel jewel, The Hotel. The restaurant boasts a resolutely contemporary atmosphere. Pierre Balthazar suggests a trip around the world in the world of gastronomy. Refined, but without fuss, with influences from world cuisine (shrimp tempura for starters, roast chicken supreme with yellow curry and eggplant, Belgian cheeses...). The menu is small, but that's to keep as close as possible to the seasons and quality. As a result, the menu changes every month.
