ARTISAUCE
Restaurant in Ixelles offering a refined French-Belgian cuisine, between classics and discoveries. Nice terrace in the sun.
Artisauce has just been taken over by two young chefs: Karim, from Italy, and Adrien, from Brussels. As a result, the menu blends Belgian-French and Italian traditions. On the finishing line, beautiful plates for epicureans, graphically successful and pleasing to the taste buds. The reduced menu (4 starters, 4 main courses, 3 desserts or cheese) includes great classics (sea bass) and surprising originals. The menu is based on the dishes on the menu. The wines aren't overdone and the terrace seems closer to the sun.
