Seafood, fish, lamb chops, Irish beef in a restaurant in Brussels offering French and Greek wines.
This Boussole is on the right course. The place is in total symbiosis with the debonair Vassilis Tsibidas, who keeps one foot in the kitchen and the other in the dining room. He does his utmost to satisfy his guests, alternating humor with philosophical reflections. A clientele of transients, but also a large number of regulars who enjoy pushing open the door. Land and sea share the menu, accompanied by tasty Mediterranean vegetables. Not forgetting mussels in season. Wines mainly French and Greek.
