LE CHAPEAU BLANC
Brasserie restaurant in Anderlecht offering fish, seafood, American, pigs' feet and white beef fries.
Probably the oldest brewery in Anderlecht. Recently taken over by 16 friends, including 9 Anderlecht locals, and managed by Rémy Merckx. The basics of brasserie cuisine are still the order of the day, with simple, gourmet, seasonal, home-cooked dishes that bring the classics of the Brussels brasserie into the 21st century: croquettes-crevettes, Belgian charcuterie platters, American fries, vegetarian platters, stoemp-lardons, carbonnades, meatballs in tomato sauce, etc. A good reason to visit Place de la Vaillance.
