BRASSERIE DU GOURMET
Local cuisine mixed with world cuisine in a restaurant in Brussels offering beers and French wine.
La Brasserie du Gourmet is all about local cuisine, mixed with fine preparations inspired by more global gastronomy. In other words, Flemish-style carbonnades and shrimp croquettes meet honey-rosemary lamb mice and pan-seared sea bream with creamy white wine. All wrapped by Natascha, a former Skievelat chef, in a classy setting of Vichy tablecloths and wood panelling. The suggestions on the large blackboard change twice a month. In the cellar, a few beers and French wine quench thirsts.
