Signature is the new brasserie that has taken the place of L'Esprit de Sel. First of all, one is attracted by the large terrace on the Place Jourdan. Inside, there are two rooms: one with the atmosphere of a Parisian brasserie with wooden benches and green tiles, the other, more contemporary with white brick walls. Signature embodies the brasserie at its best: traditional dishes cooked with brio and fresh products (especially the lobsters, which you can choose from), accompanied by well-chosen wines. The celebrities who come here are not mistaken!

Owner's Message
Come and discover our restaurant formerly known as "L'Esprit de Sel", revisited and renamed Brasserie Signature. Since 1996, the brasserie welcomes you in an exceptional setting combining tradition and elegance on the Place Jourdan, a stone's throw from the European Commission.
We welcome you 7 days a week from 11am to midnight non-stop, whether for a business lunch on the terrace at noon or a family meal in the evening.
From the brasserie dishes that we like to find every time we visit, to the varied beef cuts or the fish tank supplied in all seasons, all our products are of the first freshness and prepared by our care.
What to guarantee you a memorable meal at the Brasserie Signature, on the terrace or sitting in one of our rooms, warm and modern or typically Parisian brasserie in all its elegance.

During all this season 2022, we propose you a "Signature" plate of seafood from 34,50 euros containing :
- 1 langoustine
- 2 hollow oysters from Zeeland
- 2 flat oysters from Zeeland
- 2 "fines de claire
- 3 royal pink shrimp
- 6 unpeeled grey shrimp
- 3 whelks
- 2 razor clams
- portion of periwinkles

Une amie et moi, nous sommes rendues dans cette brasserie après les conseils de commerçants voisins. "Si vous voulez manger une côte à l'os pour 19€ ça vaut le coup". Pas à la carte, nous demandons au serveur affirmant que la brasserie sert ce produit pour ce prix. MAIS 5€ pour la tranche de beurre en plus.... Et ça ne s'arrête pas là, mon amie et moi souhaitions boire du vin. 16,30€ LE VERRE ! nous pensions que le prix affiché était pour le 1/2L... taille de pichet.... "nous prenons que le cash".... BREF FUYEZ
