Managed by Kevin Lejeune and Virginie Essers, La Canne has moved a little further into town, as it is now housed in the hushed halls of the Steigenberger Hotel. But it has kept its spirit of a neighborhood restaurant, and every morning, the chef and his team search out the best produce to offer a short menu of cuisine that is both modern and gourmet, full of nuances. Good food is nothing more than good products well processed, and one star later, it seems that the chef has found the winning recipe!
