LE SELECTO
There is a little Parisian air here and it is not for nothing, this bistronomic establishment claims to be part of this new French tradition that combines a relaxed atmosphere with a plate that is up to the task. All the codes are there: short menu (5 starters, main courses and desserts), a dish and lunch of the day, seasonal products and a beautiful list of favorite wines. Chef Olivier Morland has it all. An example of this philosophy? The farmhouse pork confit was like butter, with a beautiful sauce as it should be. On the counter side, we eat at the bar!
