LA BONNE CHÈRE
Moldavian-born Alexandru Sapco is the chef at this gourmet gem nestled in the Marolles district. First, you enter this old house with its cozy atmosphere (lots of wood, bricks and subdued lighting) before being taken care of by the restaurant's young team. At lunchtime, you can choose from the lunch menu or pick from a smaller menu (2 main course options). In the evening, you can happily indulge in the menu. Alexandru's cuisine is lively and creative, as demonstrated by his superb quince confit, baba and lime-blossom ice cream. Moldavian wines à la carte.
