UMĀ
In a little street near Porte de Namur, lies a gem of a restaurant. When you open the door, you'll find a dining room with twenty seats: blonde wood, exposed brickwork, comfortable green velvet chairs... in short, you can breathe. Behind the stoves, Aurélie Kluyskens offers bistronomic cuisine inspired by the nikkei style (a fusion of Peruvian and Japanese culinary traditions). Hamachi ceviche with tiger leche, filet of lean meat with yuzu caramel, each dish plays on volumes, colors and contrasting flavors: a delight!
