By day, it's a welcoming coffee bar where those staying at the Citybox hotel (direct entrance from the hotel) and those working in the Place Stéphanie area come for breakfast, a quick healthy lunch or a coffee. At night, however, Frank puts on his 31. Kevin Perlot, who has collaborated with Michelin-starred chef Sang-Hoon Degeimbre, takes over the kitchens to offer a menu with a strong focus on plant-based and sustainable cuisine, where vegetables are king: roasted, slow-cooked, smoked... The wine list, meanwhile, features natural vintages.
