Opening in late 2023, Groseille has already become one of Schaerbeek's culinary nuggets. Is it its decor of wooden tables, exotic plants and trendy terracotta walls? Certainly, but still! Behind her glass roof, chef Camille Cosnefroy sends out well-studied dishes to share (or not), where (local) vegetables take center stage and Asia is never far away: leeks, mushrooms and tofu cream, red cabbage with free-range chicken, peanuts, mint and Vietnamese coriander. Attractive list of natural wines and punchy cocktails. Friendly service.
