In the elegant Square Montgomery district, you'll find this equally chic restaurant run by Loïc Villers. High ceilings, moldings and blue velvet lend a chic touch to this establishment, but its small size allows it to retain a cosy atmosphere. The chef's (short) menu follows the seasons and the market. In autumn, the heart of rump steak (cooked rare as requested) was accompanied by wild mushrooms, cime di rapa and an espuma of aged Beaufort. Special mention for the perfectly mastered sauces and attentive service.
