Cette auberge de jeunesse est très bon marché et on peut y séjourner à n'importe quel âge, l'endroit idéal pour les voyages en famille. Le service est sympathique et on se met en quatre pour vous faire plaisir. Il i a même un restaurant en cas de petite faim lorsqu'on arrive. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. L'auberge est à trois stations de métro du centre-ville de Bruxelles (musées et cathédrale) contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait croire.
