Located in the heart of the Saint-Hubert galleries, it was completely destroyed and rebuilt in 1951 in the classic velvet and gold style that it still displays today. The only difference is the magnificent cloudy fresco by Magritte in the main hall. Beyond its majestic architecture, the theatre is true to its cultural image by staging both classics and contemporary works for the general public. The Théâtre Royal des Galeries houses the shows of the Compagnie des Galeries, founded in 1953.
