MIDI STATION
Gigantic Lounge Bar & Restaurant for the beautiful people and their look alikes. This place is worth a tour in your schedule, if only for glancing at the latest architectural prowess designed by that Antoine Pinto wizzard. The 2 000 m² brasserie-lounge-shellfish bar-grill-bakery and so on is spread up and down in wide open spaces, with spectacular granite and glass ceilings, winter garden, terrace, live music hall, although just sitting there is worth any kind of entertainment. Even the restaurant menu makes one dizzy, as if it had been conceived by some starving Gulliver. Don't say "Close but no cigar", for there is a cigar bar destined to the extra beautiful. Some of you uncurable nostalgic individuals might feel like lighting up something else. Since they serve breakfast from 7am on, you could be through wandering around the whole deal by closing at midnight. I had to get a foot massage and counseling after leaving this site. An other conversation piece for those Topeka winter nights, and a perfect destination on a long, long rainy day. Lord, do You have competition or what...
