Located at the end of the Tour et Taxis complex, Brussels' very first microbrewery has also opened its bar, where you can taste the fruits of their (organic) production in a beautiful industrial space, or from the lovely terrace offering an unusual panorama of Brussels. Not sure which to choose? Order a Zinnebir, their first beer, and thank the hop gods who, thanks to these pioneers, have made it possible for breweries to return to Brussels. For food, the brewery collaborates with Klok, Florent Ladeyn's Brussels restaurant.
