On the ground floor of the Saint-Géry Hotel, the bar is open to all. It offers a fine selection of gins. On the zinc, more than forty varieties of gins are offered, flanked by various flavoured tonics and additional herbs to further enhance the flavours. About twenty cocktails, Belgian beers and wines by the glass distract gin lovers from their Grail! Live jazz concerts on the first Thursday of the month. For the anecdote, Belmonte refers to the Portuguese city where the family of the hotel manager is from.
