On her return from Australia, Chloé Sengier set down roots in Brussels, and with them, the "all-day breakfast" spirit. In the rue de Rollebeek, near the Sablon, Crème was born in 2019, but already has a new look! As carefully designed as ever, the setting remains warm and inviting, with exposed brickwork, wooden tables, pistachio-green banquettes and bistro chairs. Here, you can savor gourmet toast, fluffy pancakes, vitamin-packed buddha bowls, mouth-watering pastries and sip delicious coffees. A place where people like to take their time.
