The Comic Strip Festival, also known as Stripfeest and Brussels Comic Strip Festival, takes place over a long weekend in September. Comics are everywhere in Brussels: in museums, in exhibitions, on murals... so they had to have their own festival! Various concerts, signing sessions and meetings with authors are planned. There will also be a parade featuring giant balloons representing comic strip characters. The event is entirely free of charge.
