BELGIAN CHOCOLATE MAKERS
This downtown atelier organizes 1h30 workshops with Elisabetta and Patricia, the chocolatiers. After an introduction to Belgian chocolate and a few tricks of the trade, the serious business begins with a demonstration of chocolate tempering on a marble slab. We promise you won't be left speechless by the sight of melted chocolate. Finally, it's your turn to make your own beggars, truffles and chocolate bars. Let your imagination run wild. Afterwards, your creations will be packaged - unless you eat them first!
