An institution dedicated to the history of Brussels' social and economic development. In 1977, the Compagnie des Bronzes held its last casting. In 1983, the "La Fonderie" collective was formed, acquiring the machines on display. Guided walking tours on the theme of work are offered. In the museum, you'll discover how people worked (or were used to work), as well as the social, industrial, economic and architectural developments around Brussels. In summer, the courtyard and former hall are transformed into a guinguette.
