The musée de la gueuze opens the Cantillon brewery to a public astonished to discover the beers of spontaneous fermentation.
The Van Roy-Cantillon family likes to describe their museum as living, just like the micro-organisms that are involved in the production of lambic. The visitor is immersed in old brewing equipment that is still used today. Two public breweries are organised each year, allowing visitors to follow all the stages of production. Needless to say, these famous gueuze, kriek, lambic and other faro are available on the spot. A beautiful family brewery.
