This museum is dedicated to the pivotal period between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th. A period full of effervescence where art was liberated, not only in painting and sculpture but also in design and architecture: it was the explosion of Art Nouveau of which Brussels was to become one of the centers. At the Fin-de-siècle Museum, you can admire works by Constantin Meunier, James Ensor, Henri Evenepoel, Fernand Khnopff or Léon Spilliaert, but also paintings by Gauguin, a sculpture by Mucha, 3D reconstructions of Art Nouveau houses...
