BELGIAN BEER WORLD
Everything you need to discover the secrets of beer production, with a tasting session at the end of the tour.
Just renovated, the Stock Exchange has become, in part, the setting for a museum sorely lacking in the capital of beer country: Belgian Beer World. The result of a collaboration with Belgian brewers, BBW first immerses you in the cultural and historical aspects of beer in Belgium, before taking you through all the stages involved in making a good sparkling beer. You'll know all the secrets! A touch of interactivity makes the visit even more enjoyable, and a tasting awaits you at the end of the tour in the rooftop bar Beerlab, with its plunging view. The bar is open to all until 9:30pm. BBW regularly organizes special events, brewing workshops and guided tastings. It's the perfect opportunity to dive even deeper into the world of Belgian beer and learn more about this age-old art. A must for all those who want to discover the soul of Belgian beer. It's a vibrant tribute to the art of brewing, to Belgium's beer culture and heritage.
But the Brussels Stock Exchange is also one of the city's most emblematic buildings, steeped in rich history and impressive architecture by architect Léon-Pierre Suys. Over the years, major renovations have transformed it into a modern space while preserving its historic charm. Auguste Rodin, then a young sculptor, worked here. He was responsible, among other things, for the friezes of cherubs on the façade and the four caryatids in the hall.
