Renovated listed building hosting an exhibition retracing the history of milling through authentic objects and a documentary. Surrounded by parkland and a vegetable garden, the electrified mill lost its 22-meter wingspan in 1886. It houses Evere's oldest grain milling machine. An annual temporary exhibition highlights a particular aspect of food: until June 29, 2024, "Forever Bread. From grain to bread". Various activities: culinary workshops, gardening, gourmet tours.
