DAVID AND ALICE VAN BUUREN MUSEUM
The house and gardens of David and Alice van Buuren are a time capsule from the Art Deco period and can be visited all year round.
Built in 1928, the house is reminiscent of the Amsterdam School in its exterior architecture, and Art Deco in its interior and furnishings. Its owners were the Dutch banker David van Buuren and his wife Alice. Patrons and art lovers, they assembled a prestigious collection of paintings ranging from 15th century Flemish primitives to 20th century Belgian artists. The magnificent garden, the labyrinth and its rose garden can be visited all year round.
