Raffinement !
Si vous aimez la pâtisserie raffinée au goût délicat et pas trop sucrée, vous avez là LE maître. Tout y est bon et d'une grande finesse. Yasushi Sasaki est LE pâtissier qu'il avoir au moins une fois rencontré.. après on ne peut qu'y revenir.
