More than fifteen teas, twenty coffees and the accessories that go with them, the assortment of teas is complete: blacks, greens, rooibos, infusions, oolongs (tea with incomplete oxidation), whites or pu-erh (black tea where oxidation continues). All the choices are to be enjoyed with a daifuku (homemade Japanese cake). The natural green teas come from three or four farms in Japan and one of the blends is homemade! As for the coffees, they are mostly arabicas with a variation of flavours and intensity due to the length of the roasting process.
