Champigros has become Champ with a new team at the helm, but the essential remains. At the best of times, there are well over twenty varieties of mushroom on display, both wild and cultivated! Count on a dozen or so in normal times, alongside fruit and vegetables. As champi remains a niche product, the successors to Alain Schoorman, the late boss, have further diversified their range: balsamic vinegar, caramel with fleur de sel, charcuterie, flour, spices, chocolates, pasta, beer, wine, liqueurs....
