Artisan chocolaterie in the heart of Schaerbeek, founded in 1972! With Easter, St. Nicholas' Day and Valentine's Day just around the corner, the shop window and display are adorned with the classic shimmering charms that literally draw passers-by into the store. Hollows, pralines, decorated and undecorated mouldings... everything here is a happy reminder of the carefree hours of a childhood not always as long ago as you might think. Massepains and jellies, among others, are other colorful "madeleines". A classic that must be preserved!
