Synonymous with "speculoos" or the flagship of Brussels' traditional biscuit factories, Dandoy is an institution as old as the country itself!

We all love their little biscuits: speculoos of course, but also almond breads, macaroons, rusks, Greek breads, lemon or tea shortbread, marzipan... Everything is 100% natural. Founded in 1829, the Dandoy biscuit factory is an institution. It is said that Baudelaire was already a regular customer during his stay in 1864! Installed in the Galeries Saint-Hubert since 2018, a sublime tea room has a few tables to enjoy a waffle with whipped cream accompanied by an assortment of small cakes.

Le paradis de tous les touristes gourmands. Cette institution belge spécialiste du spéculos propose également différentes gaufres (liégeoises et bruxelloises) . Nous avons pu déguster les deux et nous avons été ravis par la qualité de celles-ci, sans doute les meilleures gaufres que nous avons mangé jusqu'à ce jour.
